Jim Kennedy (PWE, KPMG)Jim has an entire career dedicated to ERP systems like NetSuite. As a former senior manager for PWC and KPMG, much of his career was spent managing and implementing Oracle R12 (NetSuite's big brother) for multi billion dollar enterprises. In the last couple of years, his focus has changed exclusively to NetSuite because of it's unmatched functionality in the marketplace for mid-market companies. Based out of Oakland, California, Elf began with just 13 products. Their catalogue now includes over 300 skin-care products, tools, glosses, bronzers, and more. Elf started implementing NetSuite to improve scalability with a basic financials and inventory implementation. Most products are imported in bulk from China and distributed to multiple US warehouses. This eventually led to an e-commerce integration to manage high volume of online and retail orders.
Rocky Mountain Sunscreen had an implementation for financials and inventory where a majority of their clients are retailers and others are golf maintenance, guest amenity, dude ranch, med end user, and waterparks. The initial implementation was focused on tracking the business within NetSuite from purchase to sale. Their warehouse system at that time was implemented by 3rd party and syncs to NetSuite.
